Khirer Chop খীরের চপ

Milk: 2.5 Litre
Suji (সুজি) : 4 tsp
Nutmeg (জাইফল) : 1
Ghee/Oil : 2 tsp
Sugar : 5 ½ cup
Water :5 ½ Cup
Flour : 250 Gram
Bread crumbs : ½ cup
Dry Fruit : To garnish

How to make the Filling (Kheer):
Take a deep pan and boil the milk. When it starts boiling add 3 tbs of sugar and 2tbs of suzi (সুজি) into it .Make a thick mixture out of it. Cook till the mixture becomes half in quantity. Add remaining suzi (সুজি) and bread crumbs into the mixture. This will make the mixture thicker. At the end add nutmeg (জাইফল). Keep it aside.
How to make sugar syrup:
Take a pan and boil water. Add sugar into it. Continuously stir till the syrup becomes thick. Then remove it from the flame.

How to make Chop (চপ):
Make dough with floor, 2tbs of ghee and water. Divide it into equal portions. Keep it aside for 7-10 minutes. Take a portion and put some kheer into it. Gently seal the mouth. Press the dough ball gently with hand and give it a circular shape. Once it is done, heat oil into a thick pan. Deep fry the balls into golden brown chops. Put the fried chops into the sugar syrup. Sprinkle some chopped dry fruits over it and serve.
