Shahi Chicken Keema Balls সাহী চিকন কীমা বল

Boneless chicken: 500 grams
Onion: 300 grams
Ginger: 50 grams
Garlic: 50 grams
Tomato: 250 grams
Turmeric: 2 tsp
Cumin powder: 2 tsp
Red chilli powder: 2 tsp
Garam masala powder: 2 tsp
Magaz , cashew , Posto (পোস্তো): soaked in water
Keora and rose water 1:1
Mustard oil: 500 ml
Green chilly: 5 to 10 pcs
Corn flour: 100 grams
Salt and sugar: as per taste

First, we have to make a paste out of the boneless chicken with onion and green chilli in a blender. Add salt, slight sugar, turmeric, chilli powder, garam masala powder to the paste. Sprinkle some corn flour onto the paste and make small balls out of the paste with your palms. Deep fry the balls till they become golden brown. Keep the balls separate.
Make another paste of magoz , cashew, posto (পোস্তো) and tomato in a blender. Add sugar, salt, turmeric powder, chilly powder and cumin powder to the paste and mix it well. In a pan, heat oil and sauté this paste well for 10 minutes. Add lukewarm water to it and boil it for another 10 minutes. Add the balls to the paste. After sometime add garam masala powder, rose and keora water. When the oil separates take the pan off and serve hot.
